OptimizeGLP (operated by McCabe Holdings LLC) built the OptimizeGLP app as a personal organization and wellness tracking tool. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. OptimizeGLP is not medical advice, a medical device, a diagnostic tool, a treatment, or dosage guidance. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.
Data practices may vary based on which features you choose to use. Some features described below are optional and only active if you enable them.
To use OptimizeGLP you create an account. Your account profile may also store information you enter during onboarding or in Settings, such as your first name, age, gender, height, current and goal weight, activity level, timezone, preferred theme, and notification preferences.
OptimizeGLP lets you voluntarily log health and wellness information, which is stored in your account on the app's database. This may include:
You choose what to enter. The app does not automatically pull data from medical devices, electronic health records, or pharmacies.
If you use the optional Community feature, you may create posts, share progress, add photos, like posts, and leave comments. Your display name and the content you post are visible to other users in the community. You can report posts, and admins can moderate content. Community content is tied to your account.
OptimizeGLP offers optional AI-powered features, such as AI meal logging, coaching messages, weekly summaries, and side-effect guidance. When you use these features, information you provide (such as a meal description or workout summary) is sent to the Base44 AI service to generate a response. In-app AI features require your consent, which you can grant or withdraw at any time in Settings; turning AI off does not delete past data but stops new AI processing. Public lead-magnet tools on the website also use AI to generate results without requiring an account.

The app uses Base44's platform analytics to understand how features are used and how people find the app. Analytics events are limited to allowlisted, non-sensitive fields such as event type, an action category (e.g. "medication" or "nutrition"), and an acquisition source. Analytics is designed not to include medication names or doses, nutrition values, free-text entries, payment details, or other health values. According to Base44 documentation, analytics data is retained for up to 60 days and then automatically deleted.

You can opt in to optional reminders for medications, meals, hydration, and workouts. On web browsers and installed web apps, reminders use your browser's local notification feature and do not send data to a server. The app may also send in-app notifications and transactional emails to your registered email address. All optional reminder and notification categories are off by default and can be changed in Settings or Reminders.
